We believe massage therapy should be both therapeutic and relaxing. Your therapist will begin with a brief conversation and assessment to understand your concerns, then design a treatment that may include a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, or gentle relaxation techniques.

You are always in control of your treatment, pressure, areas treated, and techniques will be adjusted based on your preferences and consent.
