Our mission is to strive to provide the members of the community with competent, safe and research-backed chiropractic and wellness care through different hands-on techniques, nutritional counselling, and exercise to help achieve optimal function, movement, health, and wellness.
Dr. Glenn Ashizawa graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC). During Dr. Ash’s clinical training at Northeast College of Health Sciences, he treated patients at a multitude of different clinical settings. Some of the clinics Dr. Ash got to treat in where the Depew Health Centre of Northeast College of Health Sciences, the Health Centre of University at Buffalo, Salvation Army clinic and Lighthouse Chiropractic clinic where he saw patients ranging from 3 weeks old to 99 years old. During his time at Northeast College of Health Sciences, Dr. Ash focused on pre and post (natal) pregnancy and paediatric chiropractic care throughout his continuous education. Dr. Ash continued his education with his certification in Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. Dr. Ashizawa is a member of the Canadian Academy of Medical Acupuncture as a Certificate holder.
Dr. Ash attended University of Guelph-Humber in Toronto where he received his Honours Bachelors of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion giving Dr. Ash an edge with treatment for sports injuries and enhancing sports performance.
Kaitlyn Ashizawa, HBASc (Kin), DFHP, MSACN
Kate is the office manager at ASH Chiropractic and Wellness. Kate graduated from Guelph-Humber with her Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and her Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in 2013. She also graduated with her Master’s of Applied Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences in New York in 2017. Kate has worked in a variety of settings including retirement homes designing/running seniors exercise programs and has worked with many subpopulations to improve their health and movement. She has worked with clients with osteopenia, osteoporosis, diabetes, cardiac and respiratory conditions, moderate/high risk of falls, sports/ADL/and work related injuries. Kate plays many roles at ASH Chiropractic and Wellness, when she' s not seeing clients she is overseeing and managing the office.
Dr. Kami Sidhu is a skilled and compassionate Doctor of Chiropractic. With extensive training and expertise in the musculoskeletal system, Dr. Sidhu is committed to providing patients with the highest quality of care possible. She earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology before completing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Dr. Sidhu is passionate about staying active and healthy. She enjoys playing basketball and going on hikes in her free time. Dr. Sidhu is also dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health through exercise and healthy lifestyle habits. She often incorporates cupping and other manual therapies into her treatment plans to help her patients achieve their goals.

Mandy Davis, RMT
Mandy graduated in 2004 from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough Ontario. She started her career at a local chiropractic clinic and with the support of her family and friends she paved the stepping stones to opening her own clinic in June 2013. In the fall of 2021, she closed her clinic to take on a more part-time position to be home more with her daughters.
She is passionate about helping clients through their rehabilitation after MVA, WSIB, and/or athletic injuries or pre/post surgeries. She believes with the proper combination of exercise, proper nutrition, and regular Massage Therapy are integral aspects of the maintenance of optimal health.
When Mandy is not in the clinic you will find her enjoying life with her family at the beach/lake, on the ice skating, or traveling. Running has always been a passion and occasionally you may find her training hard for a triathlon challenging herself.
Cuba is considered a second home for her because of the beauty of the country and the dear friends she has made over the years. So feel free to speak to her in Spanish, not sure how well she will speak back but she tries.
Scott Shaheen, CPT
Scott graduated from Algonquin College studying Fitness & Health Promotion in 2015 at which point was certified with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology as a Certified Personal Trainer. Scott began studying Natural Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2015 and completed this program receiving his Registered Holistic Nutritionist designation. Scott began working in a commercial gym where he continued to pursue continued education and set his focus on being able to help clients improve their movements and reduce aches and pains while developing a lean, healthy body. Scott is also a Fascial Stretch Therapist certified through the Stretch To Win Institute.
Scott integrates his years of education and hands on experience to help his clients move, feel and look their best to achieve long term success by establishing healthy habits they can sustain within their lifestyles.
Stephine is a Registered Psychotherapist through the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). Stephanie graduated from Brock University with an Honours BA in Psychology and completed a Concurrent Disorders post-graduate diploma at Mohawk College. Stephanie also graduated with her Masters of Social Work from the University of Windsor.
Stephanie has worked in many different settings, including outreach, accute mental health crisis, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilites, hospital settings (inpatient, outpatient, group, and individual therapy), and private individual support.
Stephanie believes in the resilience and copacity within every human and works using a strengths-based perspective to help indiviudals recognize and nurture their own wisdom. Stephaine is down-to-earth when meeting with clients and wants to ensure they feel valued and heard in each interaction. Stephaine primarily works with adults and uses trauma-infomred interventions, integrating modalities such as motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and somatic, polyvagla and parts work.
