Our Mission at ASH Chiropractic and Wellness
Our mission is to strive to provide the members of the community with competent, safe and research-backed chiropractic and wellness care through different hands-on techniques, nutritional counselling, and exercise to help achieve optimal function, movement, health, and wellness.
Dr. D. Glenn Ashizawa, DC, HBASc (Kin), DFHP, CCAMADr. Glenn Ashizawa graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC). Dr. Glenn treats a variety of patients ranging from 3 weeks old to 102 years old and has a wide range of multiple years of clinical experience in a wide range of settings specializing in pre and post (natal) pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic care. He uses different techniques and styles of chiropractic care to provide individualized action plans to further benefit the client's care and gain the best results. He has worked with All-Canadian national and world champion runners and triathletes. He continued his education at McMaster University with a certification in Medical Acupuncture. Dr. Glenn is a member of the Canadian Academy of Medical Acupuncture as a Certificate holder.

Kaitlyn Ashizawa, HBASc (Kin), DFHP, MSACNKate is the office manager at ASH Chiropractic and Wellness. Kate graduated from Guelph-Humber with her Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and her Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in 2013. She also graduated with her Master’s of Applied Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences in New York in 2017. Kate has worked in a variety of settings including retirement homes designing/running seniors exercise programs and has worked with many subpopulations to improve their health and movement. She has worked with clients with osteopenia, osteoporosis, diabetes, cardiac and respiratory conditions, moderate/high risk of falls, sports/ADL/and work related injuries. Kate plays many roles at ASH Chiropractic and Wellness, when she's not seeing clients she is overseeing and managing the office. |

Mandy Davis, RMTMandy graduated in 2004 from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario. She is passionate about helping clients through their rehabilitation after MVA, WSIB, and/or athletic injuries or pre/post surgeries. She believes with the proper combination of exercise, proper nutrition, and regular Massage Therapy are integral aspects of the maintenance of optimal health. When Mandy is not in the clinic you will find her enjoying life with her family at the beach/lake, on the ice skating, or traveling. Running has always been a passion and occasionally you may find her training hard for a triathlon challenging herself. Cuba is considered a second home for her because of the beauty of the country and the dear friends she has made over the years. So feel free to speak to her in Spanish, not sure how well she will speak back but she tries.

Stephanie Carter, Registered PsychotherapistStephanie is a Registered Psychotherapist through the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). Stephanie graduated from Brock University with an Honours BA in Psychology and completed a Concurrent Disorders post-graduate diploma at Mohawk College. Stephanie also graduated with her Masters of Social Work from the University of Windsor. Stephanie has worked in many different settings, including outreach, acute mental health crisis, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, hospital settings (inpatient, outpatient, group, and individual therapy), and private individual support.Stephanie believes in the resilience and capacity within every human and works using a strengths-based perspective to help individuals recognize and nurture their own wisdom. Stephanie is down-to-earth when meeting with clients and wants to ensure they feel valued and heard in each interaction. Stephanie primarily works with adults and uses trauma-informed interventions, integrating modalities such as motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and somatic, polyvagal and parts work. Dr. Jasleen Dhillon, DC, HBScDr. Jasleen Dhillon graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC). During her clinical trianing, Dr. Jas treated at the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo campus treating students and staff members. She has certifications in custom stabilizing orthotics, RockTape as a certified provider and whole food nutrition. She continued her education at McMaster University with a certificate in medical acupuncture. Dr. Jas uses a variety of chiropractic treatments and rehabilitative techniques to treat each patient. She speaks Hindi, Panjabi;Punjabi.
